CBInvent is a web based system to facilitate the Head office, Regional Distributing Centers (RDC) & Depots to service the dealers in the installation of Color Tinting Machines booked by them.  This application provides seamless integration between various actors in the process to bring in efficiency and transparency in the entire network of timely dispatch and installation against booked orders at the dealer location.

The following are the functionalities provided in this application:
 

ü  Booking of color tinting machines from dealers in Berger dealer network. Create  machine booking details along with the advance payment and PMC – Post dated cheque details towards the EMI.
 

ü  The booked orders will be consolidated at HO and based on stocks in the regional distribution center, the Purchase Orders will be generated against approved vendors for items required.
 

ü  The items against PO’s can be either despached to RDC or directly to the respective depots. The items can be received by RDC and dispatched to the regional depot from where the items will be dispatched as IDT – Inter depot Transfer to respective depots.
 

ü  Prepare Dealer level item despatch advice & Delivery Letter of dispatch, based on pending booked orders.
 

ü  Manage the EMI cheques deposit, realization, bounced cheques status etc.
 

ü  System to provide triggers for collecting pending cheques for balance amount  from dealers.
 

ü  Create dealer refund accruals based on volume targets and actual performance.
 

ü  Optimized Inventory Management Control
 

ü  Issue Tracker to record & resolve issues of all locations in a speedy manner by interactions through systems.
