Purpose:  Stock Status

 
The gift stock against each scheme / gift is maintained in the system. The depot at any point of time can look at the stock status online.  The screen display is as given below:

1. Incase you have received stocks and has not created dealer despatch, the the stock status can help you in deciding on the same.
 

1. The filers on top can be used to select any particular scheme or Gift Item. It is also possible to look at items which has physical stock present or zero stock.
